The fall of Cesar
Introduction
Cesar is a “hacker” who is “known” on Kik for pretending to be someone that he isn’t, what I mean by this is that he goes around pretending that he is a hacker, and claims to be a white hat just because he “exposes pedophiles”, The interesting part that he does not just expose pedophiles but rather he abuses his trust with his friends to target people he despises. One of our main victims would be his ex which we will name “Stacey” just to protect her privacy.
Stacey was 16 at the time she was dating Cesar, it was believed that Cesar was 15 or 16, we do not know because his age often changes because he tells a different story to everyone. Stacey was dating Cesar until she became 18 when she decided to end the relationship with Cesar simply because she did not feel like she wanted to continue to be in a long distance, online relationship and wishes to seek something that’s more physical and close to home. Cesar did not like this idea one bit so at the time of being the leader of a Kik “Hacking” group he went off and told everybody that Stacey was a pedophile, falsely accusing her without any form of evidence. When this happened the actions that was taken against Stacey was not only committed by Cesar but various other people who were also unaware of the back story of what happened which leaded to Stacey being harassed and blackmailed, and including her personal information being leaked.
Legion
At the time of me discovering that Legion (the group that Cesar ran) was recruiting people (Hackers) to their group, I decided to have some fun with unexperienced hackers just to bully them. I did not know Cesar at the time until I decided to hack him and his buddy Lanious. The process was easily taking their Kik accounts so they can no longer have access to it and I can do whatever I wanted. At first I gave Lanious back his account because he was willing to be chill, but Cesar was a bit different.
Cesar was really upset that his Kik account got hacked so he went as far as to tell Lanious that he was going to attempt to kill himself. Lanious told me and Grimz (a person who was helping me hack them). Grimz convinced me to give back the account just to avoid a suicide. So I Did.
After some time has passed Cesar wanted me to help him out to stop a pedophile, In my mind I thought nothing bad of it and it was going to help other people as well. This is when he told me to hack Stacey, I still did not know her back story at the time but he told Grimz the same story about how she was a pedophile. I was like sure, so he gave me Stacey’s Kik and instead of attempting to do anything, I decided to pretend that I was going to hack someone for her and I was sent by someone. She told me that she was being harassed by someone, I asked who and she showed a screen shot of Cesar’s Kik. She explained to me that Cesar and his buddies was harassing her because he was going around saying that Stacey was a pedophile like I explained at the introduction, I was unsure about the situation so I asked her to send identification and she sent me several picture including with and without her hand in the picture and she was indeed 18 and Cesar lied about her being a pedophile.
After this discovery, I decided to confront Cesar, call him out and be done with him, I did not want anything to do with him. Sadly, till this day Stacey is still being harassed by Cesar and was forced to speak to him out of guilt that Cesar was making Stacey feel, Stacey wants nothing to do with him and these were the screen shots that she has sent me.
Lies, lies and lies. His Brain Tumor might be a lie.
His current girlfriend is telling me Cesar has some kind of brain tumor and that he will die in 4 months as in the time of writing this post, When I asked Stacey who knew Cesar for a long time has not mentioned anything about any health conditions. IN FACT I find this suspicious because Cesar has told Stacey that his mother has passed away. And when I wish I had a screen shot but when I was talking to Cesar he told me that he was busy because he was going to his mothers place, note that Cesar and Stacey was dating when Stacey was 16, and now she’s 18 and that’s when I met her. So this wasn’t before or after. It was now.
And after some research about Brain Tumors, I found this out.

And Stacey has told me Cesar is 19, so did his current girlfriend, i asked myself. Okay, maybe AT The age of 19 he does have a brain tumor, but what possibility is there that a 19 year old could get a brain tumor?

So you are telling me, out of 3,750 Children that has gotten a Brain Tumor, Cesar was one of those possibilities. Okay, Clearly something is not adding up.
Abuse
This is what pissed me off the most, the fact that his current girlfriend is 16. And she's hurting herself because of this fucker.
I understand that need to be intimidating if you are going around claiming you are a hacker. BUT YOU DO NOT DO THIS TO GIRLS. In fact you shouldn’t do this to anyone who has placed their trust and care on you. Dude for fuck sakes she’s 16. Let’s be real here. You are 19, you are an adult. You should fucking act like an adult and not fucking treat a 16 year old like this. What the fuck is wrong with you.
You don't do this to people.
What happened was that Jynx, being the leader of some other hacking group which not a problem to me. he’s just a kid, has issues with Cesar. And when Cesar’s girlfriend which we will call “Jessica” decided to get involved by sending Jynx a screen shot of Cesar trying to take out the Titans. Cesar saw this and called his girlfriend out for being a traitor. She was emotional, she’s 16. And she was scared and she started to cry. Get this.
Cesar got upset at his 16 year old girlfriend, because he thought she was trying to start “war” with another group of skids on Kik. Lol. And what breaks my heart is that she went as far as to cut herself just to get his attention.
He was the same with his ex Stacey, which i also showed screen shots in this post of Legion constantly harassing her and not leaving her alone.
He also does this to other people who aren't even pedophiles, he harasses people.
This is a screen shot that Cesar has sent as an achievement. Like "Hey, look guys, i can hack snapchat accounts. Please respect me"
No man, you don't do that shit. You don't treat people like this.
Multiple personalities
I have no hard evidence to say otherwise, but i believe that Cesar has created multiple Kik accounts pretending to be another person. Until he proves otherwise this is what I have suspected simply because of the events that has taken place surrounding Stacey and other victims of his abuse and manipulation
I will update this post in the future if it's necessary. However, this is my last message to Cesar.
"If i don't see you dead in 4 months like you claimed you would be, You will just prove to everyone that you are lying. Frankly after all the shit you have done, you are nothing but a liar and i would be most happy to see you gone forever not hurting anyone else just because you can't get your dick hard when a e-girl doesn't date you."
